The process
Every painting I create is a bespoke collaboration reserved for couples whose vision aligns with my artistry. My calendar is nearly full for 2026, with only a few exclusive dates remaining for 2027.
1. Begin Your Journey
Complete the booking form below to share your details and vision. This ensures we begin the process with clarity and intention.
2. Secure Your Date
To move forward, a 30% deposit is required prior to consultation. Only then can your date be held on my calendar. Due to high demand, I am unable to reserve dates without this commitment.
3. Consultation
Once your date is secured, we will schedule a private consultation to discuss your vision—whether you dream of your vows, your first kiss, or another treasured moment immortalized on canvas. If our visions align, I design the perfect composition for your painting.
4. The Setup
On your wedding day, I arrive an hour before guests to prepare my easel, paints, and canvas with elegance and discretion, ensuring everything is ready to welcome your loved ones.
5. Capturing the Ceremony
As your guests arrive, I begin the first brushstrokes. Throughout the ceremony, I capture the atmosphere, emotion, and timeless beauty of your day in real time.
6. Digital References & Photoshoot
To ensure the finest details are preserved, I discreetly capture references throughout the day. In addition, each couple enjoys a complimentary 10-minute photoshoot with me—included in your package—to create the best possible reference images for your heirloom painting. No posing is required during the ceremony itself; the photoshoot ensures perfection in every detail.
7. The Reception Experience
During the reception, I continue painting while your guests watch the artwork unfold. This live creation becomes both entertainment and a treasured memory for your loved ones.
8. A Personal Touch
Before the evening concludes, you will be invited to add your own brushstrokes to the canvas—a symbolic gesture making your heirloom uniquely yours.
9. Studio Completion
In my studio, I refine the details, then varnish, frame or package, and deliver your completed artwork within 10 weeks—a timeless heirloom that forever holds the essence of your wedding day.
